I like this book because I learned a lot. In order to manipulate people, we first have to learn how to respond and how to listen or know what the others are thinking. These former is actually my favorite part. Even if we don't do manipulation, it is necessary for everyone to know how to respond to anything because this will define what happens afterwards.
