Wonderful Boxset

It took me a while before this reached into my listen/read list. I’m so glad that it did. One of the things I think is great about Michelle Madow is she does add romance but doesn’t drown you in it, nor does she get hot and steamy with her characters. It shows a level
of class and advanced writing few in Urban Fantasy have mastered. I listened to the last three novels in a single day, letting the rest fly by as I was so engrossed in the story.

I love this world the characters are awesome and so much happens.. I love the narration, the story moves smoothly.

I loved having the narrative I could listen to while I drive. I do wish they would have had two narrators to seperate the male and female parts better. I still loved the story just like all Michelle Madow's books

Starts a bit slow, but picks up to a great tale

I really enjoy the narrator of these books. I did feel like the beginning of the story took just a little long to take off. But I enjoyed the secrets hidden among the characters. If course there were parts that were a bit predictable but overall it was a great series. I am so excited to listen to the next set of books in the series.

Great second installment + MUCH Improved narration

Continuing from the Campire Wish series, this one is the story about the shifters. I was weary if Santomasso would narrate with the same weird downward cadence for 30hrs. To my relief, she really improved her voice acting in the span of 2 yrs. Excellent character texturization.

Enjoyable, easy listen.

Obsession with Pizza

The story seems to borrow a lot of elements from more popular sci-fi books, and the author seems to have a small obsession with pizza being the best food ever (she's not wrong), but the characters themselves are well developed and the story progresses smoothly except for the tendency to repeat the same information over and over again similar to the recap at the beginning of a TV show, which gets a little annoying..
