Fantastic book

This diet is made up of nuts, vegetables, fruits and teas. This book has some great recipes to get you started on your way to eating healthy. I especially liked the tea recipes .

Easy to understand

A friend of mine improved her herpes and recommended Dr. Sebi's diet to me and I bought this audiobook for the information and the recipe and I really liked it and the recipes helped me because I didn't know how to do this diet. In the end I have had a great improvement and I know that soon my herpes will disappear.
