This diet is made up of nuts, vegetables, fruits and teas. This book has some great recipes to get you started on your way to eating healthy. I especially liked the tea recipes .

Nice audio record

It is great for beginners like myself and I love the guide in the back that record food levels of alkaline which is extremely helpful to achieve optimal health. Overall if you're looking for a recipe audiobook on a great diet I'd highly suggest this audiobook.

Excellent, informative book. The authors explain many different causes of sciatica and is easy to understand. They also explain many treatment options. The author seems very knowledgeable on the subject. The book was definitely worth the money.

This book does an amazing job giving a quick overview of Alfredo Bowman aka Dr. Sebi's phenomenal accomplishments. Additionally, it highlights the importance of an alkaline diet, which everyone should strive to inherent!

Easy to understand

A friend of mine improved her herpes and recommended Dr. Sebi's diet to me and I bought this audiobook for the information and the recipe and I really liked it and the recipes helped me because I didn't know how to do this diet. In the end I have had a great improvement and I know that soon my herpes will disappear.
