Same Old Common Sense Stuff

The book just covered the obvious and well worn thoughts on the subject. Basically, show common courtesy, respect, listen and paraphrase what has been said, etc.

Great

Simple. Powerful. Encouraging. Refreshing. Totally badass.

I love great stories and practical, actionable advice. This book is full of both. If you coach, manage, or lead others in anyway you will benefit greatly from this work.
