short and to the point

The book covers the information in a short and to the point approach which at times is good!

Book was too vague

This book was very short and didn't have a lot of meat to it. It made mention of coaching needs but then just said "You need to do it" without explaining how or giving any analogies. waste of money when there are so many good coaching books out there!

For a someone thinking about coaching

I liked the simplicity of the book. I was able to finish it in one setting.

It refreshed concepts I already knew. I wish it would have provided more in depth on group coaching.

I would recommend this book to someone without formal coaching training.
