Good reminders of best practices but high-level

Overall this was a good base for better understanding appreciation in the workplace and reminder of things I should be incorporating into my management practices. I feel the book reflected too much on The 5 Love Languages and didn’t go deep enough with statistics, key stories, and take-aways other than most things I knew previously.

I did find a few things very interesting, specifically around how one person giving the gratitude may feel they are very appreciative while the receiving individual may view it as completely different.

Where can we find the inventory quiz? Having all of this information is useless without the quiz.

where is the PDF for the audiobook version. not sure how to find that.

Great tips for being mindful about showing appreciation

Wonderful book and tool to help you be mindful about showing appreciation in meaningful ways at work and in your daily life. The biggest reason I don't give it 5 stars is that the book heavily markets taking the mba inventory, but the audiobook doesn't include a code to take the inventory, so you have to buy that separately

Very applicable in all work settings!

Disappointed that I had to still purchase the assessment code though . But good team builder.
