Superb Leadership Coaching Book

This is a book I wish I had read when it first came out. Brilliantly incisive, motivational and enriching. I’ll listen a second time and take notes.

Good

I like the book. A lot of great ideas and strategies might be better to own the book so you can refer back to all the list of leadership qualities and strategies. So much information might have been better to do less lists and more focused ideas …still good enough I am considering to buy the hardcopy.

Good book for responsibility

I had to read this book as part of a class I'm taking, on Leading, a responsibility, and I found it very helpful, and engaging. I would recommend it, for anybody who's hoping to be a good leader.

Very useful

I actually really enjoyed this book. It’s very well performed by the reader and the author gives a lot of helpful information for leading at all levels. I love some of these strategies for leading to the side and up.

Insightful and clearly experienced

Wish there had been more specific executable examples to try at work. The narration was a bit stiff/blocky at times.

Do you feel stuck in the "middle" (management)?

A GREAT book with tremendous insight and tips for anyone in middle management to become a 360 degree leader...there are so many takeaways and golden nuggets to give you a new outlook and mindset on your position in the company and how much "power" (influence) you can actually have. I highly recommend this.
