Lots of insight on how to listen and learn from FB

Very well thought out book. I loved how they gave deep Insights combined with practical examples and situations.

It helped me to better see my behavior and reaction in tough situations and hopefully I can learn from the lessons to be a better listener and imbibe a growth mindset.

Most useful book

This is one of the most useful books I have ever read on feedback. This book will challenge the way you receive feedback and help you to reflect on how you give feedback yourself. Would recommend to everyone. I'll be buying the main book so that I can read it again and again! The dual narration is also effective and makes for an engaging listen.
