Don't Be Afraid of What you Don't Know!
This is a great book for beginners! I was not familiar with tax lien and deed investing, but this book breaks it down very clearly and trust me I AM a beginner! A great resource for investing with the consideration that you are the only thing standing in your way! There is no reason you can't use this type of investing and become financially free. I love how Mahoney inspires as he writes this beginners guide!
