I really enjoyed this book, but the ending felt unfinished; issues or questions were left unresolved and unanswered. I personally would have loved a completed ending.

it was good

Where does Tempest Rising rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

Second in fiction books, only "The Help" was better.

Who was your favorite character and why?

The daughters, Shern, Victoria, and Bliss. These characters were well-developed and kept me interested in the story.

Have you listened to any of Susan Spain’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

No, this is the first.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

No.

Any additional comments?

The reading was very good. The only improvement was to have more variety in the voices.

The author did an excellent job of character development. The story caught me right from the beginning. The narrator did a great job distinguishing the different characters.
