Drama, Drama, Drama!!!

Chiiiiiile, Bash was a whole female in this book. He and his insecure azz wife didn't do nothin but keep up drama. Luna Star finds herself pregnant after a one night stand with Bash. She runs into him two years later and he finds out he has a daughter. Queue the drama because, honey, this book was full of it. Bash just about drove me insane with his jealousy. Sir, how you gon' dictate who Luna Star dates or has sex with, what she wears, where she works, or how she conducts herself when you have a wife at home waiting on you?!!! Bash was giving white privilege audacity because, he really tried it. And, for someone who walked the hood line, Bash consistently let Nichay manipulate him. I could not believe how he kept letting her get in his head. When he went off on Luna Star and threatened to take Sianna because he was jealous, I just shook my head at his stupidity. I really wanted to fight Bash. I straddled the fence with liking and disliking him because, Bash really did do the most. I had absolutely no problems with Luna Star. Baby girl was living her best life and I was all the way here for it. However, I was frustrated that she wouldn't put Nichay and Jimmy on blast. There were at least three perfect opportunities for her to call them out but, she just would not. I was so annoyed with Luna Star but, when she finally put them hands Nichay, I quickly got over it. While their entanglement was far from easy and full of drama, Luna Star and Bash managed to make it work and eventually found their HEA. As always, Wesleigh Siobhan and Leon Nixon did a phenomenal job narrating. They did a great job bringing these characters to life. DND: Caught Up In His Love was a really good book and I enjoyed every minute of it. Now, excuse me while I stand outside Tay Mo'Nae's office pretending not to stalk her while I impatiently wait on Nate and Joelle's story. I need to know the tea on Nate's past ASAP!

Started Off Great!!

The story of Luna Star and Bash story started off great and pulled me in, but the story had a lot of undeveloped characters and story lines. Luna and Bash were very interesting and I loved seeing their story blossom , but I wanted a better description of Bash besides gray eyes. I wanted the secondary characters developed enough to give us a possible spin-off with Moe or Joey and Nate. This book seemed rush and could have been a bomb ass book if the author gave it just a little more effort. Wesleigh Sioban saved the book from being meh to being a good book.Tae please write Joey and Nate's story. and give us an update on Bash and Luna.

Loved It

Wow I really loved this book. I loved Luna Star and her story brought back so many memories of when I was in my twenties, living fast and carefree. I was single, childless and a true party girl so I could definitely relate to Luna Star. I didn't think I was gonna like Bash but he did grow on me and I felt he handled his situation with Luna Star and Nashay the best way he could. I'm so glad they found their happily ever after. My only regret is that we didn't get to know more about Nate and experience more growth and happiness for his character. Loved both sets of parents and Joelle. Great story, great narrators. This is the third book I've listened to by this author and I've enjoyed all three. I hope more of her books become available on Audible.

This Is A Cute Story

Bash & LunaStar started off as a one night stand which evolved into a friendship , then a relationship and finally a HEA....But, of course there’s a little twist that Bash has to let LunaStar in on before they can get to their HEA....I enjoyed this story....it will definitely be on repeat in my audio library....Leon’s narration was actually good in this story...and of course Ms. Wesleigh was Amazing As Always.

Loved It

I could not put this book down. I loved the characters the way it started and the way the book kept me intrigued. Narration was on point (which I’m extremely critical of)! This is a must have!!!

Characters not ones that I could root for

Very predictable. I struggled to finish, I think that the author waited to far into the story to talk about her hang ups and the wife you felt sympathy for so it made it hard to root for them as a couple. I felt bad for the wife.
