Audie Awards, Winner, 2002

For Dr. David Beck, the loss was shattering. And every day for the past eight years, he has relived the horror of what happened. The gleaming lake. The pale moonlight. The piercing screams. The night his wife was taken. The last night he saw her alive.

Everyone tells him it's time to move on, to forget the past once and for all. But for David Beck, there can be no closure. A message has appeared on his computer, a phrase only he and his dead wife know. Suddenly Beck is taunted with the impossible - that somewhere, somehow, Elizabeth is alive.

Beck has been warned to tell no one. And he doesn't. Instead, he runs from the people he trusts the most, plunging headlong into a search for the shadowy figure whose messages hold out a desperate hope. But already Beck is being hunted down. He's headed straight into the heart of a dark and deadly secret - and someone intends to stop him before he gets there.

Right from the start this book keeps your attention and keeps you engaged the whole time. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that it is so quick you don't really feel like you get to know all the characters, but this was an excellent listen!

Excellent!!

Typically I love Harlan Coben but I found this one a little boring but worse than that is that I didn’t like any of the characters.

This was my 1st book by Harlan Coben that I've listened to. The narrator did a great job and I was Convinced the it was him in the story. this only thing I didn't like is that this story is so short! I wanted more! I definitely recommend it though.

My 1st Harlan Coben book And it was great!

I thought it was a good book overall; I never saw that ending comming. I would have given this book a 5, but at the end he says "I bet you wonder what happened to X Y Z characters - Well, I'm not going to tell you, the story ends here" then he continues with the ending of one plot-line. I thought that was just a sorry way to end a story after making you like these other characters. Still, the book is a good read.

Like the book, -- odd ending

What made the experience of listening to Tell No One the most enjoyable?

There are so many twists and turns that it just keeps you guessing. The narration is wonderful and the love story is very touching.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Tell No One?

There are a few, but I do not want to spoil it for anyone. That is always my fear in giving a review.

What does Steven Weber bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

The narration is awesome, he does such a great job with the characters that you feel like you can see each one.

Any additional comments?

I seldom comment on books that I listen to, but this one was so well done that I felt that everyone should give this a try. The story line will keep you riveted throughout the book. Even the ending took me buy surprise. Well done, very well done.

Loved It

This is the second Harlan Coben book that skips entire sections and chapters! So disappointing.
