This is a great book!
As a mum of two teenage girls, I can honestly say - this book is great. Kids in their teenage age can be very vulnerable to criticism and not being accepted by their peers. I found it the case with my girls. Their self-esteem was very low at times. This book really helped me understand why healthy self-esteem is so important for children's confidence and academic success. The earlier we start working on this part the better. And there is so much we parents can do to improve that self-image and confidence in our children! The language was easy to understand and listen to. So many relatable examples ad exercises included too!

Recommending to mummy friends and family
Listening to this audiobook allowed me to have a much better understanding on how to help raise my nieces and nephews become confident kids. There were a lot of lightbulb moments and I'm glad that Ela shared kid scenarios and how to handle them; now I know what to do when I find myself in those situations. I will be definitely sharing this audiobook with mum friends and family!
