Just an introduction...

Performance is good though sounds like made by a robot. Overall, it is introduction that can be easily found on YouTube for free. Never start investing based on this book alone.

Not accurate

There are many facts that are left out in this book and a lot of information is incorrect. For example, New Jersey is a tax lien state and the redemption period is two years, not six months as stated in this book. And when it comes to Tax Liens After the redemption period has expired if there are any other liens including a mortgage it is completely wiped away because the tax lien is considered a senior debt and wipes away any junior debt under it. The book favors tax deed states because the author probably doesn’t want people going into the states like New Jersey that are tax lien states. I bought many tax liens in New Jersey and own six houses from doing it (renting all out and making a fortune). I recommend that you check the blog at Golden FS.org and just choose the state. I’m sorry but I find this book highly misleading.
