I sat with a native Portuguese speaker to listen and discuss it. It was such fun! I was able to talk about each story and discuss the questions that followed. What a great way to be come more familiar with the language.

Highly enjoyable.

I like this style of learning languages. It was conversational. The author chose to challenge the listener which I had fun with it. At times it felt like I was listening to the news in Portuguese and then the book followed by asking you a multiple
choice question to help you learn what was being talked about. Very cool.

The stories are full of Portuguese grammar, culture, tradition and history. I've gained a bunch of knowledge through this useful audiobook. Also, the narration was so engaging that I compelled me to listen to it till the end.

Great way to learn

When you get to travel to Portugal and Brazil it’s an easy way to learn because your having conversations and experiencing life, but it’s so hard to learn when you’re just given words and sentences you’ll never use anyway. But this book was the perfect way to bring Portugal and Brazil to your home by listening to real stories that you can actually relate to. This is my new favorite way of learning a new language!
