The chase

I loved how Jordy persude Harper despite all of her walls. The way he chased her, those walls didn't stand a chance.

Sweet story

This is a sweet story not terribly original but worth the read. The narration bothered me when the voices were faked by the opposite person. Like if he was thinking a narrative, he faked a the girl voice and vice versa. I can’t understand why they did that when there was both a female and male narrator available to speak the part.

Highly enjoyable

This book was so well written I have throughly enjoyed it. The characters really suck you into their story and if your like me your pulling for them.

Last in the series but certainly not least!

I loved Jordy and Harper’s story so much! I love that Harper made him work for it and I love how Jordy never gave up! Teddy and Savannah did an amazing job narrating this book and made it such a pleasure to listen to.

Taking His Shot is the final book in Kendall Ryan’s ‘Hot Jocks’ series is one I was highly anticipating. I was so excited for Jordie’s book and it was a great ending to the series.

Harper is the coaches daughter and has one rule. She doesn’t date players. Jordan Prescott is the rookie for her dad’s team and he’s going to try his best to change that. The two of them meet at a charity auction and Jordie is resilient to get Harper to go out with him. I loved that he’s willing to go to whatever lengths it takes to get her. And then he does the unimaginable… he falls for her.

I loved Jordie so much in the previous book and I couldn’t wait to get his story. I adored him and Harper and overall I liked this book a ton. My only issue was a part of the plot I wasn’t crazy about.

I listened to the audiobook of Taking His Shot and two of my favorite narrators didn’t disappoint. Savannah Peachwood did a great job voicing Harper, and Teddy Hamilton really brought Jordie to life. The audiobook was high quality and I highly recommend listening to this one!
