The woman's killing me. I'm not the kind of man who would normally consider blurring the lines between landlord and tenant or boss and employee, but Summer is a walking temptation. Neurotic and obsessive when it comes to work, sure, but a damn cute temptation nevertheless. She's been a good tenant and an even better worker. Plus she doesn't simper or throw herself at me like a lot of women who find out my net worth. I've grown fond of her, but if she drags me out of bed in the middle of the night to talk about work one more time.

Take Me!
This is a cute and sexy story! It's a fairly quick read and listen that is a fun story between an older sexy man and a younger curvy lady. Blair's brother gets her a job working with his friend at his friends ice cream shop. Blair is skeptical about working at the ice cream shop sense she is curvy, insecure and a touch clumsy. When Shane and Blair meet it's instant attraction. He is so patient, protective and sweet with her. I enjoyed their story.

When Shane and Blair meet the heat is instant.
When Shane and Blair meet the heat is instant. He is strong and protective finding her sensitivity and sweetness irresistible. There were some definite health code violations taking place after hours at the ice cream parlour. Don't worry a good time was had by the couple, and no ice cream was harmed during this sexy sweet story.

Sweet and Hot!
I really enjoyed listening to this audiobook. The story was solid. Shane’s commitment and devotion to Blair never faltered. He was her support and strength when she needed it. Blair was able to be herself and flourished. Very sweet love story with happy ending. I would recommend this book, it was time well spent!

Short but Sweet
This book may be short but it is well written.
It's an age gap, boss / employee, his best friends little sister story with lots of alpha heat with just the right amount of sweet.
