Life on Shelnora Island seemed to be perfect for me. A tropical paradise, great food, and beautiful women at the local sorority . . . until I crossed paths with a mysterious murder and sightings of an honest-to-God werewolf!

Now I'm surrounded by three beautiful women, all drawn into the mystery, and it turns out that my new dog is a smoking hot shapeshifter. Life's gotten crazy, but maybe, if we all work together, we'll find out who the real killer is.

Could it be the curmudgeonly divemaster with a grudge? The sleazy resort owner drumming up sensationalism for tourist bucks? The mysterious tribesman with a grudge against developers? Or is it an actual werewolf?

Scooby-doo fan fiction

First things first, the story isn't... bad just juvenile like a fan fiction written by a teenager. Big enough parts of the story seemed to be ether made up on the spot, or the writer didn't notice that big parts of the story in their head didn't actually make it on paper. Again, it's not bad. I just found myself confused and rolling my eyes more often than not.

Really enjoyed this.

I liked the setting, the characters... I want to hear more. This has captured my attention, to move onto the next dook.

Not a cosy mystery

The story line is interesting but characters and setting could be better defined. I say it’s not a cosy mystery as there are two graphic sex scenes with typical language that is just out of place with rest of book. Easy to FF past them though. More background on characters would have been helpful as well.

A fun quick read

Great for a good book in between heavy books for a fun light read. And some of the lines will make you laugh.

Above average in both the material and narration. I might read the next one, I may not.
