More like a table of contents than a summary

I was expecting a short breakdown of the principles in this book. Instead, the narrator simply mentions that there are principles and that they are explained in detail in the original text. It doesn't actually summarize what they are or how they can be applied. I could have gotten the same information from the table of context.
