I usually don't like it when an author skips around in time, but this was well done and flowed nicely. The reader sees the love Sully has for flying from childhood and gets to know him as a person, not just a bigger than life pilot. He is very factual, yet tells the human side as well. Great story. I don't watch many movies - I would rather read the book - but I may watch the movie based on this book. I highly recommend this book.

This was a very thoughtful and introspective look at a real event event and the factors that influenced the outcome. To Sully - thank you for what you did every day prior to help influence the events of that particular day. Your dedication and integrity is inspiring.

I like how Sully is an all around decent men, not charismatic, not a larger than life hero. We all like to think that in a crisis we could be like Sully.
