Instead, she makes a plan and attacks. With her friends at her side, everything goes off without a hitch. Or at least she thinks so until a note shows up telling her the one person who’s been instrumental in making sure her past life stays in the past is in serious dangerous. Belladonna suddenly fears she’s bitten off more than she can chew.

But she’s not about to sacrifice a single one of her friends, so there’s nothing left to do but suck it up, buttercup.

Well imagined, engaging and fun

These books are great. KP takes the reader from the life of a woman who lives in a world we recognize and oddly moves her believably into a world we don't recognize. I found my self caring about what happened and almost believing it could. Ms. Painter is a good writer with heart and great imagination. Can't wait for the sequels.

I love these books! Kristen Painter is a fantastic author and the narrator does a great job bringing her works to life. I definitely recommend her novels to anyone.

Love the evolving story of Belladonna and her friends. B.J. Harrison's voice as narrator is really good too. Can't wait for book 3. Now to start the Nocturne Falls series.

Great book the only problem is I found this series kinda early and now I have to wait an undetermined amount of time for the next book. Please don't be like some other authors that only put part of a series to audio format.

First Fangs Club

I really enjoyed the first two books. The plotting was good and the characters were great. I’m a sucker for books with snarky female protagonists and these did not disappoint. I can hardly wait for the next ones.
