I would recommend this audiobook for someone looking to get a different perspective on life.

Seems manipulative

I downloaded this wanting to learn about subliminal psychology but it seems to be a book on how to manipulate people around you instead of actual, science based research and examples. It seems kind of skeevy. “How to make your date do things they normally wouldn’t do” “don’t be too quick to show empathy to your child” and shame your kid by telling them “if you were a big boy you would do this...” these are all things talked about in the book. yeah definitely not on board with this. It doesn’t seem scientific it just seems like bad advice and is more a guidebook for people trying to manipulate or shame other people.
