Subdued by the Vakarran Warriors

This is the final book in the series and what a great series it was. I am sorry it has come to an end. The hot Vakarrans warriors caught the last sister and will subdue her. The warriors are totally alpha and share between themselves. They use her in every way possible and she enjoys it and will punish her at the drop of a hat. I am glad each book was not dependent on the others but it helped to understand the dynamics of each book if you read the previous ones in the series. These warriors are totally dominant. Sara Fields did a great job with these stories and I enjoy her writing style. I love sci-fi and reverse harem romance books.

Heather Firth did an excellent job narrating throughout the series. It was nice to have the same person for each book. I received this free copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

Vakarran! Very Steamy, Sci-fi Alien Romance!

Captivating!!
This is a well written story including the plot and the world they are describing and the characters!
Sara Fields does a magnificent job of writing a fantastic storyline. I absolutely love this book! The narrator does a fantastic job projecting the emotions of the characters. Heather Firth has a way of being an entertaining storyteller! I definitely enjoyed listening to her. She always makes it a fun escape for me.

Hot alien harem

This was a hot next book in this sci-fi series. These are correctly labeled as dark books and should be avoided by those who are triggered by non-con or dub-con elements in particular. There's a fated mates element to this series that makes more sense if you are familiar with the series as a whole, and these are enjoyable in general. The narrator is great.

Love these Vakarran warriors

I asked to receive this free review Audible book and wrote this unbiased review. This is the last book of the series and I hate to see it end. I really like that the books in this series can be read as standalones but they have a continuing theme throughout them. This is the story of the youngest sister, Kaela. Kaela is a strong woman and with the guidance of her 4 Vakarran warriors, she will grow even stronger. The warriors are sent to bring her back to her sisters. When they see her, they know she will be their mate. I like seeing her sexual awakening and the fact that she loves the various sexual preferences and desires of her mates. The story is filled with suspense, adventure, fight scenes, explosive sexual scenes, and the sinister villain, Nix.

Heather Firth has been the outstanding narrator throughout the series. She brought these books to life. The emotions and personalities of these characters are vividly portrayed. She is an exciting storyteller who is a joy to listen to. If you like these types of sci-fi books, I highly recommend this Audible book.I

What a great way to end this series. The youngest of the Strike sisters is in no the weakest, her and her Vakaram captives have to get to the resistance.

Whoa...

Holy steamy-ness! As a huge fan of reverse harem alien sci-fi, I absolutely loved this book. It is the last book in the series, but each can be read as a stand alone. This one is the story of the last sister and her alpha Vakarran aliens. The story itself is well a written adventure with no shortage of steam. The narration by Heather First was absolutely spot on. I will definitely go back and listen to the rest of the series!

A perfect blend of dark and steamy. Oh boy, did I not want this book to end. So wonderfully dark and brilliantly written.

This is the story of the last Stryke sister finding her mates. Kaela’s sisters and the resistance have set four warriors to bring her to them and to keep her safe. When the men find Kaela, they are more than ready to make her theirs, but Kaela has other ideas. Will they make it safely to the resistance or will the enemy stop them before they even have a chance to bond?
Each of the sisters were strong on their own and became stronger with their men. Kaela is just as strong as her sisters but also, she seems just as naive about everything from life to sex. While being interesting these stories seem to be very similar and not too fresh as a series. I enjoyed the hot scenes between the warriors and Kaela but the fight between the resistance and the Vakarran army seems like just background noise. All the sex in this series is pretty much the same and it was hard to imagine virgins having hardcore BDSM which includes belt whippings in their first time and enjoying it immensely let alone able to take it from such large warriors. I know that this is fantasy but by Kaela’s book it soon becomes redundant. As the three younger sisters do their thing it seems that we completely forget the oldest until the last big showdown which makes no sense as it was stated that the men actually communicated with her warriors. I would have liked a bit more depth to the characters and story. Narrator Heather Firth continues to give these characters a voice and kept the narrative flowing nicely.

Scorching Sci-fi Erotica

Subdued is a fantastic addition to the Vakarran Captives series, but can be treated as a standalone. The book is about four super-hot alien warriors and their captors. The storyline is super steamy with BDSM elements and public humiliations. Sara Fields writes excellent scorching adult sci-fi romance, this series is no different. The book is well-plotted with engaging characters and very enjoyable.
Heather Firth's performance is ridiculously good. Her ability to modulate distinctive tones for the various characters, particularly males, is incredible. She is fast becoming my top favourite female narrator. I was given a free copy of this audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this unbiased review.

Fantastic

I love this one. The characters although extremely strong willed and independent are able to embrace the needs of the other characters kinks and submit only to find its what they needed. This is a hot well written series and story and i know I would be happy to read more

Enjoyable series

This has been a very enjoyable series. Lots of submission from strong characters. Good storyline throughout with great characters. Heather gives a brilliant performance.
