I couldn’t stop listening!

I want to hug the person that recommend this book to me! I love personal development books but Kimberly Friedmutter’s Subconscious Power was a little different from anything I’ve read. She provides you insight into the strength of your subconscious and how simple “hacks” have the ability to redirect you in whatever you might be trying to change and/or improve. It gives you exercises you can utilize while you’re listening. You just have to listen to fully understand what I am saying. I can tell you this, I have been able to make a change in my unhealthy eating habits almost immediately and have continued with the healthy eating habits with relative ease.

A life guide first and foremost

Contains lots of good advice for general well-being. I particularly liked the advice on NOT going into the darkness to help someone you love who is suffering, but rather, stand in your own truth and light, and call them to you. They may come or not, but you can't go trying to save or change them. It doesn't work - for starters - and, it will bring you down. Don't lower yourself, rather, let them raise themselves when they are ready. Good advice!

The subconscious hacks are cute and easy. I like their addition, but it does require that you get good at entering trance.

Constructive criticism: I think it would be helpful for beginners to have a full chapter devoted to how to enter trance, and what it feels like so you know when you're there, etc (more depth). Also, I would like more information on the subconscious, how it works, and how to maximize accessing it.

Miss representation

she talks about how and when the subconscious mind works but as far as helping you get your own subconscious mind working for you I would self hypnosis or some hypnosis books. total waste of my money.
