Publisher's Summary

Step-by-step guide on how to break the habit of procrastination with easy to apply strategies.

If there’s anything that has killed the dreams, visions, hopes, and aspirations of millions of people, it is procrastination. Procrastination has imprisoned the lives of many individuals, preventing them from maximizing their potential. In fact, many companies are performing below their potential due to the problem of procrastination.

Procrastination is simply the act of delaying or postponing important things and focusing on the less important ones. Instead of getting hard, challenging and difficult tasks done, you just procrastinate doing them. You’re busy, but not productive. As a result, you accomplish very little over a period of time.

Through this audiobook, you’ll be able to unravel the secrets and strategies to overcome procrastination in your life.

Pretty redundant

It’s a good start to understanding procrastination, but there’s no depth to any of the information.
Just wastes your time telling you the same thing in several different ways.

Just Ok..could barely go through it all.

I got this audiobook aiming to end my procrastination spell. The thing is, is just commonsense that anyone can come up with. Only packaged and well written. Kudos to the author for making it easy and digestible but it didn't tell me of anything new

Retired and Overwhelmed

Retirement is giving me time to do things that have been on my list for eons, so my inner perfectionist is very much overwhelmed right now. The lists I made prior to reading this audiobook are inundating!
