fantastic

not to long not to short but to the point and easy to follow and understand I also like the man's voice which makes a change 4 me i 1st put this on from the start to the end and now just go to the parts I need to and out of many books of brought about this problem this is the very very best in understanding y u do it and how to change it

nothing new

Unfortunately I didn't learn anything new from this book. It was a bit of waste of time for me, as I was waiting for some real good points for action. There were some at the end but not enough to motivate. Take a look at Anthony Robbins for real motivation on positivity.

Helps to silence some of my negativity.

By categorising the kind of negative thinking I usually do before helps me minimise them and by becoming aware of the negative thoughts, I less than have them now.
