Excellent Erotic Dark Romantic Suspense!!

OMG! This story!! I read it before, and the audiobook version is AMAZING! This Erotic Romance and Dark Romantic Suspense definitely is enthralling. Clayton and Leilani are fantastic characters. The supporting characters are interesting, and they have an important part in this story. The storyline is captivating and steamy, but also breathtakingly entertaining. The storyline is filled with secrets, lies, angst, and unpredictable twists and turns. I liked the mystery and the suspense. The ending is thrilling. Lia Holland and Blake Lockheart did an OUTSTANDING job with the narration. I love their voices together. This is a great team author/narrators. I enjoyed it, and I highly recommend it. If you like Erotic Dark Romantic Suspense, this one is definitely for you.

Holy shit! I wasn't expecting half of what happen

I finish this book in two days I couldn't put it down. it keep me on my toes the whole time, i cry at the end. this was my first romance thriller and I loved every minute of it. I can't wait to read more of her amazing work.

As soon as i found out about this audiobook i could not contain my excitement for it! I couldn't wait to experience this story once again and in this new way. I started listening to it as soon as i could and got pulled into this listen so quickly! I really enjoyed this audiobook so very much!

Stolen Desire by Lauren Runow is an erotic suspense romance that will keep you on your toes for 7 hours and 17 minutes.

I think many couples can relate to Clay and Leilani. Being (happily) married for years had made things in the bedroom bland or non-existent.
My heart broke for Clay, he was such a good man who loved his wife and only wanted to protect her.
The steam was excellent, well-written, and descriptive but not what I expected. The blurb says, "Looking for a new way to connect with her husband, Leilani convinces Clayton to step out of his comfort zone and into a forbidden union—and a world of trouble." This doesn't automatically mean they will invite other people into the bedroom, which I assumed when reading this.

Lauren Runow has a very realistic writing style which I like. How she moved the story, the first part of the story is very steamy, and the second part held lots of suspense, was effortlessly done, and made sense.
I loved the side characters, especially Brad, and the formed friendships. It shows that someone's preferences say nothing about a person's heart.

Blake Lockheart and Lia Holland narrated the audiobook.
Both voices were new to me, but I liked listening to them.
At first, Lia Holland sounded a little robotic in the beginning, but it felt like she soon eased into her role, and I enjoyed her parts.
Lia Holland and Blake Lockheart gave Runow's realistic writing style life. Their performances gave the characters a voice and made the story real.

I enjoyed listening to Stolen Desires. It's a story filled with tension, mystery, emotions, steam, and twists and turns I didn't see coming. This, together with an excellent narration, made this a 5-star listen!
