Magnificent series.

This review is of all the books (1-10). Typically don’t rate and review unless I feel strongly about it. Many why choose novels are excellent, but lack that something that drags you into the story. I think in order to have books that do that, the love story has to be epic and all-consuming. You find that more often on regular MF romance novels. It’s difficult to accomplish in why chose novels.

But…this series accomplished that in an epic way. The author brought me into the story (showed as opposed to tell). The emotional response to several situations was very potent. Yes this series has lots of steam, but there are long stretches without, that is how it should be during those time. You don’t miss it, because the story is happening in the world and not at home. Mari’s relationship to Reacher and Shadow was beautifully epic. It was lacking with gunner and juando. It wasn’t obvious during the series, just later after reflecting on it. This is definitely worth credit, or paying for the whisper sync discount.

I really enjoyed this series and it will definitely be one that stays with me. I did get a little annoyed with Mari in the 7th book, but she found her back bone again. The growth and changes to their relationship kept the stories progressing quickly. The novella that ends this omnibus was the perfect ending.

Utter perfection!

This has become one of my favorite series. It will absolutely be a comfort read. I love these characters SO MUCH! Shadow is my everything! I'm so so proud of how far everyone has come 😭 this was a wild, intense, steamy, action packed, amazing, utterly perfect series 🖤 thank you for letting me be a part of this world, Crystal 🖤 and thank you even more for writing spin-off books and series because I am not ready to leave this world yet 😘

🥰🤯🤩 MIND BLOWING MUST LISTEN SERIES!!!!!!

I just completed the entire SDMC series I listened to every spare minute even not spare ones 😉😉 LOL!!! It has everything your little heart desires. I like the way the author gives trigger warnings in detail even to the chapter for her listeners, so can bypass but explained enough you knew what happened.
I'm heading to the spin offs now of the Sons MC & GROW UP CHILDREN.
CAN'T WAIT!!!!!

Loved these books and their characters- wonderful to see them grow and build a family together!

Loved the story but Mariposa???

Loved the story and Mari’s relationships with her men until book 8 & 9. Gunner and Jondro become background noise for Mari and Shadow and the way she treats Reaper is appalling. I hate the way Ash wrote Mari’s character and how Ash castrated Reaper. Did Realer deserve Mari’s ire? Absolutely. But not to the degree Mari dishes it out, especially after forgiving Gunner. Mari doesn’t show much concern for Reaper even after he and Shadow are captured. Her devastation is so focused on Shadow and Reaper is just an afterthought. So annoying. If I wasn’t so invested in the story, I would have quit early book 9. Disappointed.

i would like to everyone that if you like romance with bad boys bikers and a little scfi this is your book. loved the entire series. I'm sorry it ended.
