Daphne

Daphne is in her third season, and has not landed a husband. A palm reader tells her she must kiss a man by Christmas, or she will stay alone. The family journeys to the countryside for the holiday. Of course, this means it is mostly family, and that limits her kissing options. Marcus is a childhood friend, and a rake, not marriage material. Daphne convinces Marcus to give her a kiss, which gets him thinking about her in new ways. It is a short but sweet story. Narration was good.

After he visit to the fortune teller Lady Daphne must be kissed by Christmas or face life alone. Only problem is she's off to a house party for the holidays and is not sure which gentlemen will be in attendance. Only fate has plans for her and an old acquaintance. The story is short and sweet and the narration was nice.

Stealing a rogues kiss is a sweet audiobook. The narrator held my attention and her voice was very clear. Excellent tone. The story was very easy to listen to as it flowed with out pause and held my attention. Would recommend

Stealing a Rogue's Kiss!

This is a cute little romance and new "Connected by a Kiss" story. It's a well written quick read with great characters. I really liked Daphne and Marcus! I really liked how this story unfolded from the beginning until the very end. Daphne is a wallflower who has been told that if she is not kissed by Christmastide then she will never be married. She decides to ask Marcus to do as he promised years earlier and give her, her first kiss. Marcus becomes very protective and demanding after that but also stubborn too. I thought the narrator did a really good job with the characters and their story.

Cute and quick

The only thing this needed (besides taking a little long to flesh it out and ramp it up) is a slightly more enjoyable narrator.

This book was very good considering it’s abbreviated length.

Enjoyable

This was a great story. As book four it was exciting and the characters are likable. Daphne and Marcus have a exciting start and a wonderful ending. The narration was good. Excited for more in this series.

clean and simple

Lady Daphne has some complex and almost decided to become a spinster until a prediction made her hopeful. Lord Marcus , a long-time acquaintance helped fulfill this sort of prophesy.

This is a clean, short story.It was, simple but a beautifully-made love story. This is a good story to listen to in one afternoon. Recommend reading this story.

A Wonderful Story

I just finished listening to this delightful story and I can only heave a hugh sigh! The narrator took me through the pages picturing the scenes as they unfolded with her wonderful voice.
Lady Daphne was a true wallflower. Three seasons and no potential matches, although she craved love and a family, but feared that will never be. But fate steps in and when she is at a house party, she finds Marcus, her old friend from childhood that she had not seen in a long time. Oh, but he had indeed grown into a handsome man and she could not keep her heart from pounding!
Could he possibly be her future? I loved Daphne and Marcus and my heart smiled as the narrator said The End! Do not miss this romantic story of hope and love when least expected!!

This story is also in book form. The narrator did a great job with the story. She brought the story to life for me. Daphne finds out that if she does not get her first kiss to a guy by Christmas she will live the rest of her life alone. The problem is that Christmas is coming soon and there not many guys around. The rest of the characters are quite likeable and also funny in away. I enjoyed listening to this story.

Another Great Addition to the Series

This fourth installment of the series kept my attention with the well written story line and endearing characters. Verona Westbrook did a great job of breathing life into the story and bringing the characters to life.
