Publisher's Summary

I hired her to be my girlfriend.

To fix my reputation.

To save my career.

It's not that I don't want a girlfriend. I do. I want it all. Wife, kids, side-by-side burial plots.

The problem is - I can't have any of it.

So I've made myself untouchable. The quintessential bachelor of baseball.

Because it's not worth the risk. Not even for someone I love.

Especially not for someone I love.

We made the arrangements.

We agreed to a contract.

It's iron clad.

No sex. No love. No future.

What could possibly go wrong?

Great story, narration could use some improvements

Zachary Webber is as excellent as always. Erin Mollen is ok. She'd be great if she would stop dragging out the last sound of the late word of each phrase.

Perfect Story

this may be book three but, its a #1 for sure. the entire series is SO worth the credit or the $$. I love the way all the Characters are in all three books, Zachary Webber is One of the Top Male Voices and along with Erin Mallon, they bring the story to Life... A few twists and turns keep you wondering but, in the End its Happily Ever After..... I will For Sure read this series again and Again.

Love this book, female narrator not so much.

I had read this book previous to listening to the audible recording. I love Sawyer and his story. I have listened to a few other books with this female narrator and the way she speaks drives me nuts. she adds a breathy extra syllable to every word, so every word has "uh" at the end. When she says the female character's name is comes out as "Aspen-uh." It is distracting which is a shame because it's such a great story. Maybe it won't bug you though!

Oh Sawyer...

Just loved this series. All the H’s were great this book is no different. I do think the conquests were a little overboard but still an excellent book. It captures you from the beginning. I Listened during work and made time go fast. The narrators were excellent also.

Excellent book and series!

Like all Samantha Crristy books the characters always come from and stay entangled in dark places, so its lucky that love shines through for these guys. She deals with some hard issues in a great way. Love her writing!!

Great ending to the series!

I really enjoyed this series. Listening to it brought it to a whole new level. I'm going to miss these couples. I purchased a lot of Samantha Christy's books recently so I'm going to move on to The Men on Fire series.

LOVED IT 🥰

I loved this series... the narrators definitely made it 1 of my favorite sports romance books... Zachary Webber—-WOW, n Erin Mallon.. I admit I had to listen to a couple of the books she narrates to get used to how she ends her sentences but otherwise they r an awesome combo 😉

Awwwe! The ending!!

No spoilers here but I loved the ending of this book! The fake fiancé/girlfriend trope is not usually one of my favorites but I understand why that was the only way that Sawyer was going to find love. This was an instant attraction but slow burn love that stole my heart and satisfied my need for a beautiful HEA with sympathetic and lovable characters. Erin Mallon and Zachary Webber nailed it on this final book in the series as well as the first two. Loving that I found Samantha Christy and ready for more.

I just want to hug Sawyer

Well this was such a sweet listen. I am not generally a fan of fake relationship books but this one was super sweet. You can't help but love Sawyer the baseball player and Aspen, the pianist who just cares so much for everyone around her is equally likable. She quickly gets taken into the fold of the wives which brought back Riley and Murphy. I love when series continues to pop in highlights of past characters.

Sawyer is probably the most endearing of the 3 characters in this trio of books. You want to smack him repeatedly but you want to hug him as well. Beneath all the bravado and moments where he is just a dumb guy, he's a bit lost. He beats himself up so much for his past that almost no one really knows him. You got a hint of this in the second of this series. Aspen comes along and shows him what his life is really missing.

This is another fun and light read for when you need an escape. Read and listened to this one. Erin Mallon and Zachary Webber give another great performance that they are consistently known for. Zachary brings a lot of emotion to Sawyer's character and I think I may have enjoyed this story more for the performance of the narrators.

Great series

I loved each of these three books. Great characters, depth and real emotion in the characters. Tears and smiles and happy endings after difficult circumstances.

Great ending to the Perfect Game Series.

Great ending to the Perfect Game Series.

Absolutely love Samantha’s books so listening to them in audio is amazing.

Loved sawyer

I keep saying this is the best book- and then I read another and change my mind... sawyer is a certified man-ho... sleeps with girls - but only once... until he meets aspen; he needs her to help him save his career, but they’re slowly falling for eachother - but there are barriers why he won’t let aspen in...

Beautiful ending, great story I didn’t want it to end

love this series

This series was so much fun to read. I totally binged after reading the first one. I was so excited to listen to Stealing Sawyer, especially because (come on!!) it's Erin Mallon and Zachary Webber. They brought me a different dimension to this story, because I did it read it first. This can be read as a standalone but I loved seeing the progression of the other character's relationships. Definitely will be a reread for me.

Another Great Story!

I thought after listening to the first story and loving it so much that the other two would be a let down. How wrong I was. I equally enjoyed all 3 storylines and couldn't be happier to hear Sawyer finally got his happily ever after too. The narrators were great as usual and I doubt this story would have been as good without them.
