Publisher's summary

With a war now raging in the Central Kingdom, Morgan and Sarah flee east in an attempt to escape the growing conflict. However, there are many forces conspiring to stop them. Princess Katherine of the North sends mercenaries to capture them. Lord Simon, tired of waiting, hires the most notorious hit squad in all the Five Kingdoms to end Morgan, once and for all.

With threats looming around every corner, and time running out, Morgan and Sarah will be forced to make several drastic decisions in order to survive. Especially after they receive a very dire warning, from an all-powerful being....

Warning: This book contains profanity, gore, and content that may not be suitable for children. This book also contains gamelit elements, such as stat sheets, and a form of leveling, and experience gain.

I liked it but to many fights

while I like story, I found myself skipping through some of the fight especially towards the final chapters of the book. I also did not like the reading the full stats Everytime one or two things changed. and lastly the Morgan and Sarah are way to whinny. They complain about everything and ask dumb questions.

I gave this book 4stars because of the story. but there are way to many fight I felt like I was moving from one fight to another..

Great sequil

Very good follow up from the last book. Can't wait to see how overpowered Morgan gets in the next book!

Dunce

I just couldn't finish this book. The MC is an interpersonal dunce bordering into sociopathy. No teenager should be PROGRAMMED by a diety figure to be totally oblivious to the typical social norms.

Keeps getting better

Great book. Awesome main and supporting characters. Like the plot twist and tunes that the author throws in. If you are debating on getting this, just do it. You will not be disappointed!

Great book.

Love the series so far but Sara is ungodly annoying. I really dislike everything about her character. She is annoying, self centered, aggravating. I dislike how everything cool that happens to the main character she gets to have it to. later on something that very rarely happens to anyone and poof she magicly knows exactly what to do for it to happen to her to. I wish she would be killed off the story would be so much better.

it had some twists that I really enjoyed. I also like how the characters are developing. There is still mystery enough to wonder.

Plot armor fights are boring.

When 75% of the book revolves around fights and status updates. its incredibly dull when you know that the broken MC which plays the game with a different ruleset from other players, can heal from virtually any injury and who has multiple powerhouses guiding him and his actions. begins his "battle" . I honestly hate fate guide characters the most. but pairing it with an overpowered mc is the worst.

The multiple fights are broken up by a bit of backstory of the mc and simons daughter. but rather than adding or showing the backstory to tell a complete story, I feel it was neccessary just ti get the reader though all of those fights which only have slight differences from when he levels up.

do not get me started with the romance x dense protagonist = success with multiple women line. ugh. it hurts my soul.

world building = north south east west center
city 1 2 3 4

I think im done with this series as from start to finish I never got anything out of it creatively or emotionally.

Let Sarah fade

This series is great!! Except for Sarah and her whining, I really hope that Catherine and Morgan get together or he goes into a rage and ends Sarah only bad thing about the series. Other wise it’s 10/10
