Very Emotional Book

Loved the story overall. Donya did a great job relaying Nikki's story. The emotions were very intense during the shooting and trial. The way Donya delivered the last line of the book gave me chills!

Everything that Nikki fought for made sense. I commend her for her bravery to tell her story and fight for her rights.

I love this story. I found out that I have a lot in common with Nikki.
