The Intern

I don't actually like politics or political stories but the rest of the book was so good. I highly recommend this book.
The author did a good job.

Not bad

This book was hard to rate because the kink featured in here wasn’t mine. My biggest complaint is the narrator. I’ve listened to him before and liked him but here he pronounced the Ss so much he sounded like a snake.

Eye Opener of a Delight!

I was expecting the normal sleeping his way to the top and ending up falling in love MM rom-com but boy was I in for a surprise with Staking his Claim. I really should have known better because nothing is ever as it seems with a Ki Brightly book and this one written along with M.D. Gregory is no different. It is brilliant! The kink is off the charts! I’ll not go into details as that would be playing spoiler. Suffice to say that this one is blistering hot, lusciously naughty, and laugh out loud funny with fabulous character development and great narration. I absolutely loved it!

So, I Loved Loved Loved the book when I read it. It was totally a secret kink I didn’t know I needed.

So hot.

The other books in the series are so worth the loss of sleep.

Highly recommend.

This narration though... 😬
I had to speed it up to 1.5 to 2 and even then... The basilisk pronunciation and way he dragged out some of the words, I couldn’t finish it. I may eventually try and give it another go.

If you like the narration definitely try this one. I sincerely, highly recommend the book and the rest of the series in book form. I love everything I’ve read by both authors.

An Interesting Kink

All I can say really is that I'm super glad I read this story before listening to the audible. Really loved the story...interesting kink and love Jax and Vane. The narrator not so much...he put too much emphasis on being growly and not natural. So when I first heard his voice I was so disappointed because I loved the story. I made myself finish just because of the story.
