This book can change a person’s life. I took so much away from this. You can see the author and her editor deeply cared to make an impact with this book. I can’t recommend it enough. A must read or, in my case, a must listen.

Excellent. I'm a Crisis Manager and the tried and true principles are easily applied to a response AND my daily duties of keeping up with multiple projects, demands, and a myriad of varying clients.
