They really knocked it out of the park with this one! Absolutely amazing job and a hilarious SciFi story to boot.

I Funking Love this series.

This is a great, and I repeat great dramatized adaptation. Graphic Audio does an amazing job as always. The way the author makes the characters personalities is just plain brilliance in my opinion. I definitely recommend this book or this adaptation of it to any sci-fi lover or anyone just looking for a great story.

Seriously funny

Not what I usually listen to but I’m so glad I downloaded it. I have some really good laughs. Would definitely recommend if you want a space comedy.

Excellent Graphic Audio Book!

This was my first graphic audio book. I have done other audio books and no offense to the narrators who have an incredibly difficult job of trying to speak clearly and at a reasonable pace, but hearing the same person trying to make up different voices for different characters is at times laughable. What makes it worse is when you have in your mind what a favorite character sounds like and the narrator's impression doesn't come close. Graphic audio books with a large cast of voice actors and sound effects (nice to hear foley artists at work) makes everything so much more enjoyable.
This particular series has a great story line, the main characters, especially Cal Carver, are wonderfully detailed and very 3-dimensional. Very few things can make me laugh out loud and fortunately I listen to these when I am making long road trips by myself as this series has me laughing a lot! I am currently on the third book in the series and hope that there are a lot to follow!

This is one of my favourite comedy sci-fi series

Audible, this is ridiculous!!! I just wanted to rate this book and not write a review. Having to write reviews in order to rate has prevented me from rating at all. I just want to give props to enjoyable reads . I will just copy and paste this "review" going forward.

THIS IS AWESOME!

I loved this series and I had hoped that one day they might make it into a TV show. Graphic Audio made my dream come true. I can't wait for thr next episodes.

Not a clear replacement for the original.

So, they remade the stories with multiple voice actors and sound effects. My take?
Voices for Cal, Miz, narrator, and extras did good. Takes a bit getting used to after the original but you can get there.
Mech's voice on the other hand... I miss Phil Thron's version. like a lot. So much comedy in that voice...
Lauren's voice actress have the strong impression that she was reading the part, not acting the part. One could claim that as a militant alien that she would have that sorry of speech pattern.. but i still hate it.
The music at times was too loud and nearly drowns out the narrator (minus the one point on the story when that makes sense). Same thing goes for SFX. The QC guy on the volume control board needs to get their fonking ears checked..

not what I had hoped

I picked this up because I love "Space team" it is a series I have listened to at least 10 times it is one that I listen to when ever I'm feeling down. This interpretation is way off. It took a laugh out loud space opera into not one. All the voices were off. Mech was way too angry, Cal was not goofy enough ,Mizz was not valley enough. I'm sorry to say that Phill Thron had hit out of the park in the first in his original interpretation. There was no need to try to fix perfection. Please listen the non dramatization version. They could have done better if they just added sound effects the Phill Thron's cut.
