Lake

Lake gets on my nerves. I know its just a book but in what world does this girl live in. I feel like screaming my lungs out to her and slapping her for being so damn stupid.

Emotional

Omg! This book series has all the emotions of an epic love story. Until you reach the end, your emotions are all over the place. I really recommend reading/listening to this series

Loved & Hated this book-A must read series

Just like book one, I had a hard time putting it down. At times, I was so angry and heartbroken by what Lake was having to go through. I understood and could feel her pain. I cried with her through most of this story remembering those same feelings for myself.

Watching these characters grow up was surreal and painful at times. Knowing what it was like to give up on something that you truly felt was your world. Jessica Hawkins is a wonderful story teller bringing out the Passion and emotions that people can relate to. Many times in this book I wanted to turn it off throw it and walk away all at the same time of wanting to finish their story. The emotional rollercoaster at times was hard to bare.

In book 2, Lake and Manning continue to struggle with what is right and wrong and make choices that can hurt the other. Again I could not wait to start book 3 and had to go back and write this review.
