Given me proper advice I could actually use! Didn't find anything useful at all.Any additional comments?
Really unhelpful book. Just didn't help me at all, if anything made me feel worse about my condition. I felt patronised. Social anxiety is such a horrid thing and books like this do not help anyone. Sorry, but i wanted to like this so much, but it was not for me. Maybe someone else will find it useful but i felt it was treating me like a child, not an adult with an actual condition.Didn't help me at all :(
