It was supposed to be an escape from the stress back home. A Christmas spent by myself, snowed in somewhere in the middle of nowhere. What I got instead was an unexpected roommate and a chance at my dream job.

It should have been easy to keep my distance and focus on the task at hand, but when it came to Luke, nothing was easy. His charm and sexy smile had me wanting to unwrap him as my gift under the tree. Which is why I couldn’t say no when he asked for my help with his sister’s last-minute wedding. The catch- I had to pretend to be his girlfriend AND a caterer.

Being a chef at an upscale restaurant was easy. It was the heat in his kitchen that I wasn’t sure I could handle.

Forced to share a cabin do to being snowed in Luke a wedding planner and Tiffany a chef connect over a few days together, both are trying to escape their family for the holidays. When Luke family shows up and his sister wants her wedding to take place on Christmas Luke takes over as wedding planner and tells his family that Tiffany can cater it. This book is a cute Christmas novella.

Cringy Characters are the best!

I enjoyed these characters. They were sweet and fun. The story moved smoothly and the ending was chefs kiss! The author really knows how to right cringy characters. The mom was so wow!!! Fun Christmas read!

Cute Story

I loved the storyline, I loved their meet cute, I loved how they ended up together in the long run. I enjoyed the ending also.

There were some typos and words that were correct that the narrator could have had corrected by the author before publishing.

The narrator’s voice when speaking as normally as a female character I didn’t mind but she has some learning to do on cadence and the flow of a story.

When she dropped her voice to insinuate a male she just doesn’t do it well.

This book would have been better with a male and female narrator.

Short sweet holiday romance

I loved this adorable little Christmas love story. Loved the characters. This was a quick read, and I enjoyed seeing these characters fall for each other.

And the narrator did a wonderful job bringing these characters to life.
