Are you having trouble sleeping? Are sleep problems getting you down? Would you like to be able to fall asleep fast, stay asleep longer, sleep well during the night, and wake up feeling refreshed every day? If so, then Sleep Well Again may give you the sleep help and better sleep you've been searching for. Written by noted physician and stress relief expert Doc Orman, M.D., this book is based upon Doc Orman's more than 40 years of professional experience teaching people how to sleep better and especially how to sleep well again when something has gone wrong that disturbs their normal sleeping patterns. In this book, you'll learn all about the normal stages of human sleep, how sleep patterns change with advancing age, how to determine the root causes of your sleeping difficulties, and how to make simple behavior changes that can go a long way to eliminate poor sleep habits that you may have fallen into, thereby enabling you to sleep well again like you did in the past.

this book doesn't contain any information any insomniac doesn't already know. In fact, the author, an MD, comes off as very sterile and unempathetic. I'd wager a bet he's never actually suffered from insomnia: he's just reading from current insomnia psychology. I would recommend Sasha Stephen's Sleep For Life because, even though she's not an MD, she's suffered her entire life and she's put together an excellent program based in research and science.
