Lots of noise, not a lot of help

Felt like a lot of noise and advice about the sleep environment and not any advice on steps or methods to get your toddler or baby to sleep soundly in their own space. Waste of time. :(

Method nicely wrapped.

This book proposes great solutions for babies and toddlers - up to preschool age. Works like a miracle, and it’s not a “cry it out” method nicely wrapped.

I will absolutely recommend this book!

I've listen a few other popular books on toddler sleep but they pale in comparison to this book. Thankfully I do not need to be listening any additional books on toddler sleep now. I will absolutely recommend this book to any future parents I meet.

This book is the closest thing to an instruction!

This book is the closest thing to an instruction manual for sleep you will find. It answered every single question I had regarding naps and sleep in general and what to do if it gets derailed.

Not aimed at ages 3-6 years as stated on the cover

Although this book had some good tips that could be used for 3 year olds it often gives advice on younger children (12-18 months) and therefore was not what I was expecting as a lot of the advice was not relevant for my older child.

Really recommended!

There are dozens of recommendations and plans based on sleep science, which you implement in a logical stepwise order based on your parenting philosophy and toddler's specific sleep issues/developmental stage.

Parents know their child best.

I can't stress enough that the book is a great base of knowledge for how to deal with sleep issues or even preventing them but in my opinion, parents know their child best.
