This 3 in 1 guide is all men should look for in their parenting journey. For centuries nobody talked about parenting for men and the author thought extremely wise making this audio. I love the simplicity brought in to it. The steps are clear and pedagogical. There is also a lot of care in placed into it, to making sure that men that are becoming parent enjoy the journey rather than become constantly stressed. I highly recommend!

I gave this audiobook to my brother and sister-in-law who just had their first baby.
