Good continuation of series

If you liked other books by Anya Merchant you will like these too. Lots of sexual tension but not overpowered by sex scenes

great story but

great story but fuck if this doesnt have the same problem i have with so many of these kinds of books, in that most of the drama for the maincharecter is that they are petty fucking petulant ass holes. they just run around forcing the problem to exhasserbate because they know how to fix the problem they just want to be petty and make the stupidest choice fucking possible out of shear childish pettyness.

sexy fun times continues

yes if you like the other books in the series you will like this one same characters and continued romance/adventure/ and sexy fun times just like the other books in the series. same voice acting well done and worth the listen. i hope next is as good.

The MC is a savage! Great story, though!

Damon is simply a savage! He can’t control himself. EVER! This isn’t a knock on the writing. Actually, it’s the exact opposite. He is such a horny man that he barely shows any self control before the women. When it comes to ANY pretty woman he is and uncouth savage!

I say this with a grin on my face and an uncontrollable happiness in my heart. He is a well realized character.

Anya Merchant, from the first three books I’ve read, is a spectacular writer. Her adult fantasy has made me blow through Audible credits to get to book four. Lana Lee is an awesome narrator.

The two chapters that I will worn about are chapters 19 and 41. Chapter 41 is hilarious! Chapter 19 borders on needing a trigger warning. Not something I’m unfamiliar with in its content, but the MC is just too dude in that chapter.

The book was awesome, and worth your time and money. However, you may need a good pair of noise canceling headphones if you don’t live alone.

I like the series except for the main character.

The only complaint I have about this series is the main character. He is a complete tool with unreasonable confidence in his "prowess" as a gladiator. He has gotten his ass handed to him enough times that I truly can't see where he gets the confidence from.

Not as good as it could have been

Ok so it was just as bad as the first two with all the "this is so wrong" moments get over the guilt and get to the story already really wanted to like this series, probably will not continue .
