Sin and Redemption by Cora Riley (Sarah (daughter of l Romero and Liliana) and Maximus (son of Growl/Ryan and Cara)

This is a continuing saga about the New York Familia mafia families. This involves Sarah (daughter of Romero and Liliana) and Maximus (son of Growl/Ryan and Cara originally from the Las Vegas mafia). While it was an interesting story as usual for Cora, it was driving me crazy whenever they talked about Marcella and mispronounced her name, which is just a small part of the story, but very annoying especially since it happened several times. The other thing that annoys me about audiobook stories is that characters voices are switched at times during the story depending on who is narrating at the time. I don’t understand why they can’t just use the main characters voices throughout the story.
Otherwise, it was a good book. Definitely not as good as her earlier books but I do like to hear the continuation and development of the mafia families through the years.

Do not count out Maximus

Although the first generation of the Cora Reilly universe will always be my favorite, I love the development of the second generation. Maximus' has so much to offer and could easily be over looked but Cora gave us a leading man worth our time.

I loved it I like Cora Reilly so I’ve listened to all her book and I love this one a lot it gives you everything….you get a clear understanding of what life and redemption really is thanks girl

Wow, just wow

This book was amazing . It was definitely a hard listen at some moments but the character development and watching the growth and connection between the characters was worth it. I loved it!

great great story. Cora Reilly is the best mafia story writer. she never disappoints. I love reading her stories ❤ lots and lots of action, spicy romance. each story is right on with the other stories in this series. I can't wait for the next one.

can't wait for the next book!! I absolutely love all of these story from the mafia family's! Love the Arthur she is amazing i recommend looking her up and Start with Lucas book and go from There starting with the Parents books!! you will crave more and more!!

Okay Storyline

The lead female character is endearing in the beginning, whines in the middle and is tolerable by the end. The best parts of this book are the side characters who make a reappearance from Cora’s other books. Not likely to read again.
