Fighting, miscommunication, awkwardness, and status add to the mixture, as the characters mingle and sometimes remain single.

I was impressed by the story. It has light moments of humor (a lot) and a few thrills. The crazy lady that is the sherriff's wife is definitely worth checking out in this mystery.

Fun and fascinating
This is a fun way to experience a cozy mystery about someone who went to the woods and is obviously a little vulnerable and in my opinion, a little gullible. But her magic protects her. That's probably why.
