Witch in the Woods: Sheriff Kaife hasn’t seen anything, he claims. The girl that’s missing could have very well been killed already. When Luna arrives in the woods, she questions his methods but at the same time, tries to learn from the sheriff to become a better detective.

The two team up and go on a search. They see shadows, freaky people, and become puzzled by the many different options. What happened on that rock, the day that girl seemed to have vanished into thin air?

Yay!

I was looking exactly for someting like this. I love cozy witch mysteries, and this is one of those good ones that delivers. I liked the restaurant scene and the scene on the broom in the first book (Oh, a mop, right?). And the second one was funny too.

Very good

This is a very good combo of two consecutive books that go along with each other. The stories are both different, but the ending of story one kind of leads to the beginning of story two. I am hoping to see more from this author. I loved it.

Fun bundle

Fun bundle of two books. I liked the part where the main character runs off the hill and figures that a sports bra may come in handy. I know the struggles of uhm... well, those things very well. Also, I was surprised by the author's vocabulary sometimes, and I thought the cat was very witty. The beach book was actually my favorite, the first of them. That had a lot of fun stuff. I like cozy mysteries to be funny.

wish I never got this book

not a good story line and I'm sorry truly sorry to say this but the readers voice was a little annoying and sounded very nasal. Using the term, "They looked Mexican," over and over again eventually angered me!
