Story
What if you can successfully coach anyone in 15, five, or even 60 seconds using one question? Sales Leadership makes delivering consistent, high-impact coaching easy. For busy, caring managers, this removes the pressure and misconception that, "Coaching is difficult, doesn't work, and I don't have time to coach." Since most managers don't know how to coach, they become part of the non-stop, problem-solving legion of frustrated Chief Problem Solvers who habitually do other's work, create dependency, and nourish the seed of mediocrity.

Story
In today’s work environment, the lines between our professional and personal lives are blurred more than ever before. Whatever is happening to us outside of our workplace - whether stressful, painful, or joyful - follows us into work as well. We may think we have to keep these realities under wraps and act as if we “have it all together”. But as Mike Robbins explains, we can work better, lead better, and be more engaged and fulfilled if - instead of trying to hide who we are- we show up fully and authentically.

Based on five years of proprietary research, How Remarkable Women Lead speaks to you as no other book has, with its hopeful outlook and unique ideas about success. It's the new "right stuff" of leadership, raising provocative issues such as whether feminine leadership traits (for women and men) are better suited for our fast-changing, hyper-competitive, and increasingly complex world. Dense, Engaging and Helpful
A really quick and dense book read by the engaging author. It is full of stories, advice, fresh perspectives and helpful exercises for those who don't know even know where to begin when advocating for themselves and their futures. No fluff - just the good stuff! I really appreciated the section on sponsors and mentors as someone who didn't understand the difference. Now I know who I am looking for to help me navigate the waters of growth!

Just Great!
Joyel has given us JUST GREAT advice, guidance, and follow-through! Knowing her from the telecommunications company we both worked for has given me not only an amazing friend (albeit long-distance), but our relationship gives me access to her wisdom. I was so excited to see her book published! And even more excited when she published an audio version - in her own voice! Trust me, folks - she's as genuine, caring, and smart as she comes across in "Show Your Ask." Don't pass it up!
HRG-that's me
