The BEST thing since Shakespeare...

It is simply to die for. From there beginning of the book with those 6 words to the happy ending they received, the book has you on point, thrilled with suspense and filled with excitement.
This book deserves a Grammy or something.
PLEASE consider releasing the movie.

Great story

Would've been perfect in audible but wasn't caught up due to make voice. Would have rather heard a deeper Texas accent. Too breathy and over all not as affected by his voice- sorry !

Great narration but issues with the story -

the narration for this was fantastic - I loved both voices. Sadly, I hated the story. I didn't like the characters, the steamy scenes or their backstories. This was a miss for me but I'm sure others may like it.

Great story , poor performance

Read the book first and loved the story,. I was so excited to hear the audible version, but was so disappointed as soon as i started listening. I struggled to finish it, because the narrators just did not fit. Their intonation, accent and overall performance leaves much for improvement.

What a touching story! There were trials and tribulations with this one, but you don’t want to miss it! The narrators were great!

Learning experience

it was a very good book and I enjoyed it,
all though it moved slow a lot. I stuck to it becauce Marie Force is one of the greats,and I have nearly all of the I'm only lacking 2 books.

Fun story

This book is exactly what the title says it is...or is it? I started listening to this book and thought..oh, it's going to be sex scene after sex scene. While it's fun for a while, that gets boring. Leave it to Marie Force to weave this all into a story full of love, regret, guilt and angst. I really loved the characters. Honey(though the name drove me crazy, I couldn't tell if it was an endearment or her name!) is a strong woman, owns her own business and while her life started out sad, she seemed to have a stable childhood with her adopted "Gran". Blake has had tragedy in his life, and though nothing that he did, he carries incredible guilt for situations that he can't get over. When the two hookup, the chemistry is instant. I love that they were childhood friends and their crushes come front and center. The healing process that Blake goes through with the influence of Honey is sweet and you can't help but love the couple. There was a few twists and turns that kept my interest going. I am interested in seeing the next book and where Lauren who we have met will take us. I know Marie Force will definitely keep me entertained.

I do have to say that while the book itself was good, I was not happy with the narration. It was mostly from the point of view of Honey, and Amber Sparrow was not up to the normal Marie Force standard. Her performance left me flat, the differentiation between characters was not very evident and she could not give the male voice enough deepness to make him very masculine. I did like Bedford Holly, but he did not have a large part in the narration.
