Loved it! Great addition to this series and a fantastic ending!!! Cannot WAIT to see what’s next!

(I noticed a few Easter eggs that made me think of Ella (IYKYK).

Great follow up

This is a great follow up. The story stays entertaining and interesting. Soundbooth does a fantastic job with the production of the book.

Exciting, Fun, and Funny

Great performance, great fight scenes, good story, good humor. Plenty of action and numbers go up. Lots of good banter. My only criticism is the poly relationship that in my opinion seems like it would have been better off staying friendships.

magic is fun, romance is weird

I liked the crazy plot with the replicators and think the magic has been cool. But the relationship feels strange. Especially the ending with what was hinted at and what happens next. it'd be nice to see P and H become closer but I dont know if that offsets the strangeness of them sharing N. it's strained my interest for the next installment. so will only get it on sale maybe

how the voices would change for characters

the story is good as the last book but a lot of the voices weren't the same what's worse as I even noticed some of them changing Midway through the book but other than that still a very good book

a bit of a slow start

while the start of the book is a bit slow, it picks up after dealing with Jerome. It has more charter growth, growing numbers, Perry riding the razor's edge of sanity, and we learn a bit more about why everyone wants to kidnap Brendon.

I like it but

Writing action and story are solid but romance or authors attempt at it needs serious work.

Kind of find the romance annoying.

I enjoyed the book for the most part, but a couple of things with the romantic relationships started to really annoy me. 1. The thing that bothered me the most is how much Heather is getting beat down by everyone. Dead mom, abusive father, abusive childhood friend, third wheeled in her relationship with both Nat and Parry and a bunch of people saying she isn't really good enough for Parry despite doing what ever she can to help him..... The cliffhanger seems more like another kick in the teeth rather than anything else. Gonna be honest feel kind of like Parry is a giant Douche for how he treats her, and no it isn't about their silly banter. It's about how he seems to utterly ignore everything about her until he can think of some cutting remark or put down. I don't know it was just putting a bad taste in my mouth. Heather actually has a reason for being prickly with him, but what is his excuse? 2. Continuing with Heather, i really wish we got more of Nat and Heathers relationship, because it isn't brought up that much it kind of just feels like Nat is using Heather, She's Nat's dirty little secret or something. It would probably come off better if we had some nat and Heather scenes with just them like we get with Nat and Parry. As things stand now it just seems like Nat is only really into Heather only when Parry is around. I.e why i say Heather keeps being third wheeled by her "friends."
Yeah yeah i know i am just a Heather Simp or what eve, but seriously when does Heather get a win? because i don't think playing surrogate to to people who don't seem to respect or appreciate her is one.

Great, second book

Can’t wait for the next one there were some stuff I didn’t get maybe was because of the math or a lie happening but overall pretty solid The ending was crazy and narration was amazing. Always nice to see Jeff Hayes I think this book is better than the first one. Really builds on on the first one.

Fun intriguing and amazing voice acting

If you listened to book 1 and enjoyed it, I have no doubt you will enjoy this one! While there’s a lot going on in book two, I am looking forward to the next already.
