packed full of good advice.

As it is declared in the audiobook almost 99% of people do not know that they are hurting in life because of their negative thoughts. The book makes them aware of it. Thanks.

Really happy with this audible

I think putting the exorcise s to practice. Gently making them a daily habit. I have been preparing a couple before even LISTENING to this. Our thoughts are a powerful tool. Be careful what you pass in.
