Émile Coué's assertions that the repetition of certain phrases, or mantras, can have a positive effect on the health and happiness of an individual challenged the existing reliance on chemicals and clergy. Excellent Content, Narrator

I always wanted to know more about Mr. Coue, but found the reading tiresome. The narration by Horowitz was very well done, and it was obvious he cared about the subject matter. I intened to listen to this many times, a keeper!

Amazing Man! Amazing Method!

Wow. I had never heard in such depth what amazing results had come of his methods. The world at this time especially would do well to return to it! So glad this book was recommended to me.

Still a masterpiece

Emile Coue was healing people, free of charge, at the beginning of the 20th Century. His methods used autosuggestion. After initial consultations he told his patients how to cure themselves. And most of them did! He was a genius who had been forgotten about. Now people are beginning to see that what he did all those years ago relates to a lot of modern thinking. So if you are having health problems - give Emile Coue's methods a try. It's a very simple system aimed at nudging the unconscious mind to improve your health in every way.

Inspiring!

Fantastic book, Emile Coue really does break it down to "have positive thoughts"
He says that 90% of all ailments are due to your mental attitude. The testimonials are astonishing to hear.
At bed time and in the morning when you wake say in a whisper" everyday in everyway I'm getting better and better" 20 times- without effort!
