Get that MONKEY off your back!!!!
Your addiction is only as powerful as it was before you stumbled upon this book! This guide for slaying the vicious monkey is a perfect inspirational and informative listen for anyone battling addiction as well as their loved ones! In a short 35 minutes, listeners will learn what addiction is and how it affects the user. Most valuable is the detailed plan for recovery and what to expect during the recovery process. The author has also included a number of helpful websites and phones numbers to eliminate a step that can be most tedious for the struggling user. 35 minutes!!!! It is the kind of piece you put on as you shower or ride through afternoon traffic sure to collect new information each time you listen. Addiction recovery isn't easy but allow yourself to be guided into the land of freedom. You made it this far for a reason! It's time to take the first step to regaining your complete self. The first step is always the hardest one! You've got this in the bag Happy Recovery! :-)

Brilliant and Insightful...
Loved it! There was a lot of great information given especially the number resources shared. Walking through the steps of addiction was eye-opening. I would definitely refer this audio book to anyone. Kudos to the author and the narrator.

Valuable Tools For Recovery
Awesome Audio!!! Great tools to use in the steps to RECOVERY. I listen to so much valuable information along with some steps that will encourage and give hope to the addict that You can RECOVER and Live. Not worth the listen
Was more of an annoyance if you like outside USA. It literally gives steps that any addict In the grip of addiction cannot take as easy as it sounds..
